In addition to teaching my long standing Freestyle Vinyasa Class in Providence at 9am on Saturdays, I just finalized an agreement with Christine Raffa to take over teaching EVERY Saturday at Raffa Yoga in Cranston at 4:00 p.m.

PS. Look for details coming soon about another KEEP A CHILD ALIVE Charity Yoga Class scheduled on Sunday March 4th in Southern RI. This is one of my new joys to be able to present these classes for such a worthy cause. In the end everyone wins, not the least of which are the children in S. Africa living with HIV/AIDS who receive direct medical care and medications as a result of the generous donations of those yogis who take and support these special events.
